William H. Langenstein, III

As a managing member of Langenstein and Associates, Mr. Langenstein one of Louisiana’s leading tax attorneys. He earned his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans and has practiced law in Louisiana State Court, Federal Court, and United States Tax Court

Additionally, Mr. Langenstein has served on several corporate boards including Koerner Capital LLC, IberiaBank, Kavanagh Family Foundation, IMC Investors, Maritime Holdings LLC, Industrial Maritime Carriers Inc, and InterMarine Inc.

Mr. Langenstein is also an active member of the community serving on the Bobby Jindal Transition Team, World Trade Center Transportation Committee, Trinity Episcopal School Treasury, Louisiana Children’s Museum Board of Directors, the Audubon Fund, National Kidney Foundation of Louisiana Board of Directors, WYES-TV Board of Directors, New Orleans Public Belt Railroad Commission, and the New Orleans Economic Development Advisory Committee.
