In conjunction with the University of New Orleans, Geocent helped NASA analyze the viability of transitioning the Mississippi Army Ammo Plant and the National Center for Critical Infrastructure Protection and Support, located on the Stennis Space Center reservation, in a non-traditional BRAC. Geocent used risk management, economic analysis, business planning and public policy analysis techniques to negate any adverse impact to NASA's mission.

Geocent worked with Strategic Management Solutions Inc. (SMSI) to analyze NASA's business model for test operations support contracting to identify potential cost reduction strategies. Geocent analyzed issues that included governance (NASA and contractor), lessons learned from other agencies and contracts, to risk assessment and lifecycle costing.

Geocent executives have provided critical decision support services such as regulatory compliance, risk assessment project management, policy analysis and public outreach for the U.S.DOE nuclear programs.

Projects include Yucca Mountain (high-level nuclear waste), Isotope Production, Uranium AVLIS, nuclear non-proliferation and several national nuclear laboratories.
