- Software Estimating Model
We use an institutionalized Software Estimating Model that precisely predicts software complexity, schedule, and costs using historical data and metrics that are refined after each project. The precision of the Software Estimating Model has been proven over time.
- Project Management
We use Project Management tools and processes consistent with best practices of the Project Management Institute (PMI) to track cost and schedule information on software projects.
- Change Management
We use Change Management processes that not only manage scope changes, but more importantly manage the changes that will occur within the organization due to the software solution.
- Flexible Software Methodologies
We recognize that there is not a one size fits all approach to software engineering. Geocent takes a flexible methodology approach reliant on project needs, including Waterfall, Agile, Rapid Prototyping, etc.
- Formal Quality Assurance
We use formal Quality Assurance and User Acceptance processes to involve users throughout the process to eliminate software errors, and maximize user satisfaction and buy-in.
