Mr. Wayne “Ridge” Bourgeois, MBA PMP, serves as Vice President for the Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS) Business Unit. He is headquartered in our New Orleans, LA, office. His responsibilities include managing projects being conducted out of the Charleston, SC; Stennis Space Center, MS; Baton Rouge, LA offices; and other remote locations such as Dahlgren, VA and San Diego, CA. The ETS business unit supplies software and system engineers and other IT specialists that focus on meeting the needs of federal, state and local government offices, including the Department of Veterans Affairs; the Department of Homeland Security; and the Department of Defense 

Mr. Bourgeois is a Louisiana State University graduate with a degree in information systems and decision sciences. He earned his MBA from the University of New Orleans. He dove directly into his first position where he provided program support to Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWAR) - New Orleans contractors. Soon after he was recruited by QinetiQ North America where he served as program manager from 2001 to 2010. There he learned and mastered every aspect of the business from business development, operations, execution, product delivery and support. Mr. Bourgeois specializes program management; development of software and systems for the military command and control; emergency management/chemical biological radiological and nuclear; geospatial; maritime domain awareness; defense support of civilian authorities; and Navy emergency preparedness liaison domains. He has been and continues to be a major contributor to Geocent's success. 

Mr. Bourgeois served as the president of the Gulf Coast Government Contractors Association from July 2010 to June 2012. He is currently on the board for the local Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) chapter. He and his wife, Gretchen, live in Mandeville, LA, where in his spare time, he enjoys volunteering as a soccer, basketball, baseball, and football coach with local youth clubs, which gives him the opportunity to coach his three sons Gavin, Cade, and Hudson. ​
