Quality Assurance / Quality Control Support

To ensure customer requirements are met, Geocent is providing the services of Quality Assurance and Control Engineers to

  • Review customer/product requirements, drawings, and other related documentation,
  • Develop quality metrics within design and production certification plans to ensure compliance with customer, contractual, organization, and regulatory requirements,
  • Integrate Quality Management requirements into all aspects of the organization’s processes and documentation,
  • Employ certification plans to interrogate production processes and to identify nonconformances in the product or production process,
  • Utilize metrology tools (e.g. laser tracker, coordinate measuring machines, laser scanners or calibrated tape/scales) to quantify part quality,
  • Create corrective action plans to address nonconformances,
  • Oversee the implementation of corrective actions and document the results from these plans,
  • Analyze nonconformance trends and the effects of associated corrective actions to improve the process.
