For your cover letter, tell us your biggest accomplishments. What was the problem at hand? What strategies did you use to solve it?
If our hiring team thinks you could be a good match, we’ll start the interview process.
First, a recruiter will conduct a short phone screen with you to further vet if you are qualified for the position. This is also a great time for you to figure out if Geocent is the right fit for you.
The recruiter will then decide if the process should move forward. If so, you’ll be asked to do an interview with the hiring team for the open position.
For some technical positions, the next step will be an online assessment, followed by a final and likely in-person interview (if circumstances don’t allow, we can do it virtually).
At some point during the process, we’ll conduct a cultural evaluation. We value culture in addition to performance at Geocent, and we want to make sure you learn about who we are, how we work, and what you can add to our community.
