Geocent Awarded GSA Professional Services Schedule

Metairie, LA – August 9, 2018 – Geocent has been awarded a General Services Administration (GSA) Professional Services Schedule (PSS) contract.  The GSA PSS contract is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule that provides direct access to simple or complex fixed-price or labor-hour professional services.  The GSA PSS provides solutions for streamlined procurement procedures across federal agencies; giving federal agencies access to more than 3,300 experienced contractors.

The GSA PSS consists of seven formerly separate schedules that were consolidated in 2015 to give federal agency acquisition professionals the ability to obtain total contract solutions for their professional services requirements using one contract vehicle.

Under this contract, Geocent will be providing services including concept development, requirements analysis, system design, engineering, integration, test and evaluation, integrated logistics, and acquisition and life-cycle management.  Geocent has been awarded one 5-year base period and three 5-year option periods.

“Geocent is proud to become a prime holder of this important contract schedule and to add to our contracting portfolio.  This award expands the options our diverse customer base has to access our broad services and capabilities” said Geocent’ s Chief Financial Officer, Jeff Tomeny.
