  • Chief Information Officer - Solutions & Partners (CIO-SP3)

    The CIO-SP3 contract was awarded to Hygeia Solutions Partners (Hygeia), a joint venture of four healthcare and IT services firms, led by IntelliDyne. The contract, which is managed by the National Institute of Health IT Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC), provides a vehicle for federal agencies and state and local governments to easily procure services and solutions in ten task areas including IT services for biomedical research and healthcare, CIO support, imaging, outsourcing, IT operations and maintenance, integration services, critical infrastructure protection & information assurance, digital government, enterprise management systems, and software development.

  • NIWC Pacific Net Centric Shore Platform

    Shore Platform Integration (PI), and Systems Engineering (SE) in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) utilizing the skill sets of the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific), Code 52300. The main engineering and technical focus areas include:

    • Network Centric (Net-Centric) development
    • System of Systems (SoS) integration and support
    • Command-Control-Communications-Computers-Intelligence-Surveillance-and-Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems
    • Navigation Sensor System Interface (NAVSSI) Systems

    The Shore Platform Integration will consist of systems engineering, integration, and engineering support activities related to the integration and deployment of C4ISR systems and sensor systems. Specification, analysis, design, development, documentation, acquisition, integration, testing, and evaluation of hardware and software systems is required. Additionally, C4ISR systems and sensor systems must be compliant under the Authority to Operate (ATO) Accreditation via DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP).

    The Systems Engineering support will include specification, analysis, design, development, documentation, acquisition, integration, testing, and evaluation of the products procured and systems developed for the DoD.

  • Enterprise Personnel Systems Engineer (EPSE)

    The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific), Business Systems and Enterprise Information Systems, Code 54000, has a requirement for technical services to support the development and sustainment of business applications and systems.

    The scope of this effort is to obtain the software and system engineering, development, and support services needed to assist the Enterprise Information Systems Branch, code 54310, with carrying out its duties and responsibilities to deliver and maintain business applications, systems, and enabling technologies, for their customers.   • Engineering Services and Science Capability Augmentation (ESSCA)

    The Engineering Services and Science Capability Augmentation (ESSCA) contract is a cost-plus-award-fee indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract that has a potential period of performance of eight years. It is a follow-on effort to the ESSSA contract and will satisfy requirements for engineers, scientists, and engineering technicians at Marshall and Michoud. The new contract begins Dec. 1, 2017, and includes a four-year base period followed by two two-year options that may be exercised at NASA’s discretion. The maximum potential value of the contract, including all options, is approximately $1.1 billion.

    Services and skills will be provided across a broad spectrum of engineering and science disciplines for the purposes of design, analysis, development and testing. Services and skills applied to hardware development will be primarily for the purpose of development and optimization of manufacturing and material processes.

    Services and skills to be provided support the Marshall Engineering Directorate as well as other programs and projects across the center, both present and future. The contract also includes support for NASA activities and other reimbursable work for which Marshall has responsibility, including support to the Department of Defense, and other government, commercial, or educational activities.
